With a background in helping a number of other high profile global clients, S2 supported this company in standardising their systems so that they operate with the comfort and security that allows them to focus on their core commercial business interests. Risks in film making and war correspondence have presented challenges that have been successfully managed.
Staff training modules and record-keeping systems have also been developed in five languages.
S2 are now helping this client to merge all safety management systems into a single global framework with a very lean but effective safety team.

Our client has recently merged to become the second largest media company in the world. Having developed harmonised systems which allow for all the various national legislative and commercial constraints, we have enabled this newly enlarged client to make significant operational efficiencies as well as major cost savings.
