Liaising with the client’s global engineering team, our business analyst identified serious threats in their resilience, stemming from a lack of clear information when required.

By establishing the necessary critical data, in order to, for example, plan equipment use, power requirements, weight capacities, maintenance and continuity contingencies, our analyst developed dashboard software systems to allow the client’s engineers to identify weaknesses, respond quickly to problems and to dry-run proposed solutions. As a result, their systems have become far more proactive, providing the engineers with alerts and daily target lists. Efficiency has improved by a significant margin along with general resiliency.

Costs have fallen as a result and the client has requested that the S2 analyst continue to be part of their global team.
